Supporting the Provincial Government of South Kivu in its development program, in particular through the fields of health, peace, security, humanitarian aid and the reform of productive structures in the Province such as the DPMER and the Anti-Fraud Service, this need was at the center of a memorable meeting between Provincial Governor Jean-Jacques PURUSI SADIKI and the British Ambassador accredited to the DRC Alyson KING, this Tuesday, July 02, 2024 in Nyamoma.

Provincial Governor Jean-Jacques PURUSI SADIKI requested the support of his guest for the materialization of his social project, among other things in the agricultural sector through the reform of the agricultural sector to reverse the import trend of food in a province that holds large areas of arable land.

The British Ambassador thanked her host for the fruitful exchanges that made it possible to set a new course in the partnership with South Kivu. He also welcomed the good relations that exist between the United Kingdom and the DRC, the result of the active diplomacy of the President of the Republic, Félix-Antoine TSHISEKEDI at the state summit.
